O44 BARRE brings a fresh twist to classical Barre work while keeping all the things we love about Barre. While a majority of the work entails smaller isometric movements, a larger range of motion exercises is integrated into the programming as well as weights and resistance. Our O44 BOX serves as a free-standing ballet barre with attachments for resistance tubing making this a really exciting BARRE Workouts. O44 BARRE is effective for strengthening, toning, stretching, and preventing injury. Wear your sticky socks!
